Research
Interests: Primarily, to
answer
the
question `What is String Theory?' More
generally,
particle physics and all applications of quantum field theory. My
main recent interests have been cosmic strings and
superstrings and integrability
in AdS/CFT. Recently I have been returning to more
fundamental questions, such as the black
hole
information problem.
